Michelle joined Siharum in June 2026 as an Operations Associate, where she supports the firm’s operational infrastructure and contributes to the delivery of efficient compliance and client service processes. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations & Information Management and a Data Analytics Certificate. Michelle lives in Newton. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and sunset walks.
